Provide transportation services for the Company Director to and from various locations, including meetings, appointments, events, and business trips.
Plan and optimize travel routes to ensure timely arrival and departure, taking into account traffic conditions, road closures, and other factors that may affect travel time.
Ensure the safety and security of the Company Director and passengers at all times, adhering to traffic laws, driving regulations, and company policies.
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle, including regular cleaning, maintenance, and inspections, to ensure a safe and comfortable driving environment.
Assist the Company Director with luggage, packages, and other items as needed, providing courteous and attentive service at all times.
Communicate effectively with the Company Director to confirm schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements, and provide updates on traffic conditions and travel delays.
Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all interactions and engagements, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and trustworthiness.
Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing our values and commitment to excellence in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, vendors, and partners, and provide assistance and support as needed.
Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance, and submit reports and documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
Previous experience as a personal driver, chauffeur, or executive chauffeur is preferred.
Knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and navigation systems, with the ability to plan and optimize travel routes.
Excellent driving skills, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and professionalism.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and situations.
Customer service-oriented mindset, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support.
Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of performance and professionalism.
