Oversee the entire Human Resources (HR) and Administrative Department, managing all functions from policy implementation to employee transitions.
Drive talent acquisition, retention, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, development, and performance management initiatives.
Develop, review, and enforce HR and Admin policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
Spearhead process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.
Offer advisory support to all departments and Senior Management on HR matters.
Manage office administration, including maintenance, leasing, equipment, supplies, and vendor relations.
Fulfill any additional duties assigned by Senior Management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, self-motivation, multitasking, and ability to perform well under pressure.
