  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy and plan to drive sales and revenue growth for our SaaS solutions.

  • Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customer segments for our products, and develop strategies to penetrate and expand our market presence.

  • Lead the business development team in prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads, and driving the sales process from lead generation to closure.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers at target accounts and strategic partners.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop and implement integrated go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and programs to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our solutions.

  • Drive the development of sales collateral, presentations, proposals, and other materials to support business development efforts and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.

  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and optimization of our products and services.

  • Manage and track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics, and provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and results.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand, build relationships, and generate leads.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing business development team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive individual and team success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the SaaS industry or technology sector.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and building strategic partnerships in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, technology trends, and market dynamics, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to develop and execute data-driven business development strategies.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and delivering exceptional customer value.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
