Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial and operational audits according to the approved annual audit plan, using a risk-focused approach.
Create accurate workpaper documentation in line with Group Internal Audit standards.
Recommend improvements to departmental practices related to systems, processes, or documentation.
Design and implement tailored data analytics techniques for specific projects.
Ensure timely project completion within allocated budgets.
Identify control deficiencies and offer insightful recommendations for process improvements.
Communicate audit findings to local management through closing meetings after fieldwork reviews.
Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of financial and operational processes and related internal controls, ensuring compliance with the Group's corporate governance framework.
Prepare audit reports outlining issues, risks, and recommendations.
Undertake ad hoc tasks and special projects/reviews as necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, or an equivalent qualification recognized by The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
Over 4-5 years of post-qualification audit experience with a Big 4 Accounting Firm or in the Internal Audit department.
Proficiency in auditing tools and methodologies, including risk-based audit planning, analytical review, computer-assisted audit techniques, and data analytics.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Effective business communication, interpersonal, and report writing abilities.
