Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate suitability and shortlisting qualified individuals.
Conducting comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and alignment with our company culture.
Utilizing multiple channels, including job boards, social networks, referrals, and databases, to identify potential candidates.
Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients, offering detailed insights into their qualifications and suitability for the role.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Verifying candidates' references, qualifications, and employment history, as well as conducting necessary background checks.
Providing constructive feedback to both clients and candidates following interviews and assessments.
Acting as a liaison between clients and candidates, facilitating effective communication throughout the hiring process.
Assisting in the negotiation and extension of job offers to selected candidates.
Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and client communications.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection and equal opportunity employment laws.
Staying updated on industry best practices in recruitment and human resources to continuously improve our hiring processes.
