Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of financial and operational processes and related internal controls, ensuring compliance with the Group's corporate governance framework.
Prepare audit reports outlining issues, risks, and recommendations.
Undertake ad hoc tasks and special projects/reviews as necessary.

Compliance Manager (CBD/ Fintech/ Up to SGD 15,000)

Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including MAS regulations, Payment Services Act (PSA), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and gap analyses to identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop mitigation strategies and action plans.
Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and industry trends, and assess the impact on our business operations, products, and services.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate compliance risks and ensure effective compliance management across the organization.
Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters, including AML/CFT (Counter Financing of Terrorism) requirements, customer due diligence (CDD), and transaction monitoring.
Manage compliance-related investigations, incidents, and breaches, and ensure timely reporting and resolution in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, risk management, and internal audit, to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries, examinations, and audits, and ensure timely and accurate responses to regulatory authorities.
Prepare and submit regulatory filings, reports, and disclosures as required by MAS and other relevant regulatory agencies.
Stay abreast of regulatory developments, industry best practices, and emerging risks, and provide proactive advice and recommendations to senior management to support informed decision-making.
