• Employing proactive recruitment techniques such as headhunting to target and engage qualified candidates.

• Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate suitability and shortlisting qualified individuals.

• Conducting comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and alignment with our company culture.

• Utilizing multiple channels, including job boards, social networks, referrals, and databases, to identify potential candidates.

• Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients, offering detailed insights into their qualifications and suitability for the role.

• Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

• Verifying candidates' references, qualifications, and employment history, as well as conducting necessary background checks.

• Providing constructive feedback to both clients and candidates following interviews and assessments.

• Acting as a liaison between clients and candidates, facilitating effective communication throughout the hiring process.

• Assisting in the negotiation and extension of job offers to selected candidates.

• Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and client communications.

• Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection and equal opportunity employment laws.

• Staying updated on industry best practices in recruitment and human resources to continuously improve our hiring processes.

• Preparing in-depth analysis for management busines review and decision making, 

• Monitoring budget and forecast for strategic planning

• Presenting BU's monthly operations review to the management team.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy and plan to drive sales and revenue growth for our SaaS solutions.

• Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customer segments for our products, and develop strategies to penetrate and expand our market presence.

• Lead the business development team in prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads, and driving the sales process from lead generation to closure.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers at target accounts and strategic partners.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop and implement integrated go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and programs to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our solutions.

• Drive the development of sales collateral, presentations, proposals, and other materials to support business development efforts and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.

• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and optimization of our products and services.

• Manage and track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics, and provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and results.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand, build relationships, and generate leads.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing business development team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive individual and team success.

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services that meet business requirements and performance objectives.

• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and design documents.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards, and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.

• Implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through performance tuning, code optimization, and system architecture improvements.

• Ensure the security of our systems and data by implementing best practices for authentication, authorization, encryption, and data protection.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions to address technical problems and incidents in a timely manner.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and trends in Java development and fintech industry, and evaluate their potential impact on our systems and processes.

• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to automate deployment processes, manage infrastructure as code, and ensure continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior developers, and participating in team activities and initiatives.

• Review project specifications and resolve technical queries.

• Draft method statements and rectify drawing inconsistencies.

• Manage project planning, design, material procurement, cost control, supervision, and documentation.

• Oversee construction activities, liaising with client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on technical issues.

• Ensure timely project progress and adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

• Maintain compliance with the Company’s ISO system.
